Based in Bedford, Bedfordshire you will be working for a global company in a
multilingual environment which centres on women's health products and
dealing with sensitive issues regarding pregnancy, fertility and
contraception. You will be taking inbound calls from customers, pharmacists
and medical personnel and dealing with queries and problems in a positive
and sympathetic way.

To do this you will need to be fluent in German and
English, have at least a yesr's office based customer service experience, be
a real tem player, have a calm temperment and be it literate with good IT
skills. Hours 7am - 3pm - excellent benefits!
