THE ROLE
The aim of the department is to provide superior customer service with no wait time. They also provide multi-lingual support to their clients. It is a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to multi task.
DUTIES
-Provide superior customer service to clients on inbound calls
-Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
-Outbound calling to introduce new clients
-Identify and resolve customer issues using company software
REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to provide excellent customer service
-Strong telephone manner
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Team player
-Fluency in English
-Fluency in Spanish or Japanese
-Experience in a call centre is a plus
-Ability to work weekends and holidays (for time off in lieu)
NB. YOU MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO BEGIN THE ROLE IN A TEMP CAPACITY BEFORE BEING MADE PERMANENT!!!
