We are one of the UK’s leading hotel marketing and trading companies servicing international groups in the leisure and tourism sector. We operate a very energetic and lively trading environment and deal with world class brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn and Thistle hotels.
We are looking for a trustworthy and enterprising Office Manager who will be instrumental in delivering our target of doubling our turnover by Sept 2010 from our office in central Windsor.
As Office Manager you will be ensuring that all team members subscribe to the culture of the company, and deliver our own exceptional standard of customer care for our UK and North American clients. This is an ideal role for a talented individual eager to take on a highly responsible and challenging hands – on operation role with a focus on finance within a fast expanding organisation with an international supplier and client base.
SKILLS REQUIRED
The Office Manager must have:
• Experience in a fast paced office environment
• strong negotiation skills
• a smart and professional business manner
• a world - class customer care ethos
• excellent communication and organisation skills
• natural problem-solving skills
• high stamina to effectively operate in a fast environment
• attention to detail
• Degree educated preferably 2:1 or equivalent.
Other preferable skills:
• At least 1 language from French, German, Spanish or Afrikaans
• Sage Line 50
