French, German and Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent
JOB PURPOSE
French, German and Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent will be responsible for taking first-line support calls from customers, partners, subcontractors and engineers.
They will be responsible for entering information into the call management database, monitoring the call status (making outbound calls) and where necessary escalating the call to the next appropriate level of management and support.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To work in a team environment handling incoming and outgoing calls from European customers and engineers in the required languages.
• To manage calls effectively from start to finish, obtaining updates and providing them to the relevant parties involved.
• To administer daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports to internal and external customers using a range of software tools.
• To achieve all allocated administration tasks set daily, weekly and monthly etc, including processes spare part orders for partners.
• Follow established escalation procedures to transfer call information to all levels of management and support groups
• Ensure the call management system is up-to-date and accurate at all times.
• Comply with all published policy guidelines
Entry Criteria
Essential
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in languages.
• Fluent command of spoken and written English; articulate with clear communication.
• A strong and confident communicator in the required languages, you must be able to speak German and French and Spanish
• A team player able to work under pressure
• Ability to operate and produce quality work in a busy environment
• Experienced in customer service environments
• Professional telephone manner
• Computer literate with knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft outlook and office
Preferred
• Experience of working in call centres using call management databases such as “clarify”
• Working knowledge of other applications such as ‘Business Objects’
• Experience in the culture of the spoken language
Experience with any additional languages (not in the pre requisite)
Salary: circa £22,000
