Serbo-Croatian speaking TV Commercial Executive

As a result of a continuous success, my client is looking for a motivated and bright commercial executive to join their multilingual and international team. The role focuses on the commercial strategy in the Emerging Markets by growing revenues through existing and new distribution businesses.
The successful Serbo-Croatian speaking Commercial Executive will be in charge of executing pricing and carriage strategy set by commercial team, leading sales efforts to cable and satellite platform operators across territories, negotiating pricing and distribution terms with counter part in English and Serbo-Croatian. Act as primary point of contact with all distribution platforms and organizations in the market, Identifying and executing opportunities to increase distribution across the portfolio of channels and Work with the Client Services team to ensure all ongoing financial, reporting and contractual obligations are met by both parties to all contracts.

Profile
Fluent in English and Serbo-Croatian
· Very good with numbers, spread sheets, analysis and negotiation
· Undergraduate degree in business management, media management, finance or similar working experience
· Basic understanding of the business dynamics of a media company
· Proven analytical ability and competence with Excel
· Ability to negotiate on behalf of company
· Ability to work within and support a team
· Able to balance and prioritise multiple projects through completion
· Attention to detail
