Description
Given our strong contact base, branding and the unique ‘pan European’ nature we believe we are perfectly positioned to be the leading recruitment provider of international staff across Europe.
As part of this growth we are now looking to recruit a talented and high potential resourcer with a view to becoming a full time consultant.
This is a unique opportunity for an internationally minded, sales focused, individual to join the company at a very exciting period and it is expected that the candidate will play a major role in the development of the business; as such it is likely they will become a senior figure within the business at an early stage in their career.
The initial focus of the role will be on developing our candidate base across all 27 EU countries as well as occasional projects in the US and elsewhere - networking (mainly via phone and email) across established and new contacts to find specific candidates across different countries in Europe.
It is anticipated that within a few months successful candidates will progress into a consultant position where you will develop relationships with senior managers in our established client portfolio as well as develop new business across different countries around Europe.
We are looking for people who can take on team development and managerial opportunities at a later date.
In order to apply for this position you should be a target focused individual looking to succeed and be rewarded with a high bonus, have the ability to work closely with individuals from a multitude of different cultures
Commercial or sales related experience as well as experienced recruitment consultants or individuals looking to gain experience in the recruitment/sales sector (i.e. graduates) will all be considered. Interest in working hard and developing their careers - this is not a ‘9-5’ culture of slow progress – so an open minded self starter who can work in an entrepreneurial environment is essential.
Experience of living and working in a non UK country is preferred, but not essential.
Business level fluency in English is essential; fluency in other Central European languages, such as German, Czech, Polish, Hungarian etc would be desirable.
