The Company
Our client, an international company is currently seeking for an Account Manager for their International Sales.
Job Role
To manage the growth and maintenance of the client base into Europe and meet or exceed sales targets in line with the company's ISO 9001:2000 and BS7799-2: 2002 standards.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
• Regular cold calling and closing the maximum number of deals.
• Manage the complete sale, from making quick and competitive quotes , to invoicing and following up on deliveries.
• Actively pursue new business and open new client accounts.
• Manage current accounts and develop an extensive knowledge of the clients' requirements and business needs.
• External communication – Liaise with client regularly and inform of any changes.
• Communication with key internal departments, i.e. Purchasing, Finance, Product Managers.
• Adhere to company policy and work in line with the Company Quality Management System.
• Assist with RMA (Returns) and credit control as and when required.
The Candidate
• Adhere to company policy and work in line with the Company Quality Management System.
• Preference: Knowledge of Siebel, Intermediate level Excel/Office/email etc.
• Fluency in English and at least one European Language is required (Italian, German, French or Spanish).
• Motivated and Enthusiastic.
• Driven by targets.
• Ability to adopt a positive attitude.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Professional and polite disposition.
• Competitive by nature.
Salary: £15k to £30k (depending on experience) + Commission.
