As new Back Office in our Swedish Branch you will be responsible for giving support to our Scandinavian team as well as our clients in that region in connection with our Online Booking Tool.
Being a part of a young, enthusiastic, dynamic and constantly changing organization with worldwide presence your role responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining executives' schedules by preparing agendas and making arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
- Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, sales statistics and other related office documents.
- General office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, emailing, faxing.
The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated team player, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient with computers, customer focused and capable of building long lasting relationships with our clients.
All applicants should have a perfect command of the Swedish and English languages as well as a good knowledge of the Scandinavian languages (Danish and Norwegian)
Knowledge of the Spanish language will be highly desirable.
