The Role
- Handle daily operational issues with travel vendors report and track service complaints, working directly with vendors to resolve.
- Assist with documenting and standardizes booking procedures; generate and review usage reports.
- Verify receipt and loading on EXPN data feed against the NRPT report.
- Assist with EXPN envelopes archiving and auditing of expenses.
Qualifications
- Strict attention to detail and follow-through are critical.
- Confidentiality is a must as this position works with personal information.
- Successful strong interpersonal and organizational skills along with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Maintain an up to date understanding of Company T & E expense reporting policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
- Fully proficient in using Microsoft Office, including advance Excel, Access a plus.
- Corporate expense management, travel and/or finance experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Accounting/Finance a plus).
- Exposure to online expense management system.
