Role: New position exists for Arabic Team Manager to join their Customer Service Team. He/she will be responsible for managing Arabic Customer Service Team, where he/she will be responsible for leading, training, motivating and setting targets for his/her team members. Moreover he/she will participate in the recruitment process of new employees.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess previous experience as a team leader and team management. Candidate with solid contact centre management skills in a multi-lingual environment supporting customers over the phone and email/web are preferred. He/she will have computer skills, as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook. He/She also will be native-level Arabic and will speak fluent English.
