The role: Operations and Analytics Graduate Intern

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services; manage launch/operational support plans
* Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development and recognize opportunities for development and proactively
* Pull data required to influence strategic direction, design reporting infrastructure, present growth and performance metrics and work on exploratory analyses
* Enable your team to deliver to performance metrics as well as use technology, tools and innovation to improve business processes
* Build team structure, recognize leadership potential and develop enhanced skill sets within the team, while also improving efficiency
* Manage multiple cross-functional relationships across diverse groups such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Product and Legal

Minimum Qualifications:

* 4 year undergrad degree, currently obtaining a graduate degree
* 2 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* 4 years of experience
