The role: Sales Graduate Intern
Technology can transform the way companies interact with their customers, and Google?s Sales organization helps companies around the world to do just that. Whether we?re working with corporations directly or partnering with advertising agencies, we create innovative advertising campaigns across a variety of our products. Our Sales teams of account managers, executives, strategists, coordinators and specialists are specialized in different industries and regions to ensure that our ads reach the right users and give our clients the most bang for their buck.
Responsibilities:

* Work closely with your host in observing and taking part in a wide variety of people and project management activities
* Execute special projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development
* Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services
* Recognize opportunities for development and proactively create new systems and structures to increase the effectiveness of staff and tools. Create metrics to measure growth and performance of the department, and provide reports as needed
* Identify opportunities for growth of industry programs. Communicate effectively across Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and other teams

Minimum Qualifications:

* 4 year undergrad degree, currently obtaining a graduate degree
* 2 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* 4 years of experience
