Our client is a leading organisation operating within the IT and Market Research industry; they are looking to appoint a German speaking Lead Generator / German speaking Business Development Representative. The role is offered on a permanent basis at a rate of £19,000 annum, with a 20% monthly performance related bonus. The role is based in West London.
For the German speaking Lead Generator you do not need sales experience but you will need an interest in an entry level sales role and developing a career in sales.. This is an excellent entry level sales position. The role of German speaking Lead Generator is to identify and qualify new business opportunities by building relationships with potential mid-tier to enterprise size prospects via the telephone, e-mail and web. The role carries the responsibility of generating and managing sales opportunities, building and maintaining pipeline nurtures for the client. The position reports directly to the Program Manager.
The German speaking Lead Generator / Business Development Representative will require a great interest in developing a career within the IT or technology industry. Inbound / outbound Telesales, Telemarketing, Market Research or Technical Support experience would be advantageous. You should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet navigation and source code software. Additionally, you will need to be experienced in relationship building, social networking and be a team player. In the role of German speaking Lead Generator / Business Development representative you should also be:
-Target / results driven, self motivated, punctual, and displays commitment in working on own, and in a team environment
-Able to demonstrates ownership of self development and ongoing learning
-Analytical, displaying decision making abilities
-A strong communicator who influences through multi-level negotiation skills to corporate and board level clients
