We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual for our Operations Department. Prior banking experience and a college degree in a related field is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, medical benefits, 401(k) plan and a fast paced working environment.
Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to):
• Process and activate new accounts
• Back office operations and transactions (withdrawals, transfers, etc)
• Customer service and correspondence (phone, live person chat, emails)
• Assist with translating business proposals, technical documents, financial documents, business presentations, from English to Japanese and from Japanese to English
Qualifications:
• Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)
• BA/BS degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Fluent Japanese, familiarity with general financial and business terms in Japanese
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and the Internet, Adobe Acrobat a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work day, evening, and/or midnight shifts
