Allegro is a Norwegian company of government authorised translators and interpreters offering translation and interpretation between Norwegian and other languages. We regard quality as the key to success. Our vision is to be Norway’s best language service provider.
Both private and public sector customers have discovered that we are on our way to attaining our goal and the demand for our services is increasing. We now need more qualified translators into English in order to meet this demand. We are therefore seeking to recruit one or more experienced, in-house Norwegian-English translators
Place of work: City centre, Bergen, Norway.
Required qualifications:
• Higher education, preferably a master’s degree
• Relevant documented practice
• Minimum two years’ experience as a translator
• Native language: English
• Computer literacy
Desired qualifications:
• Government authorised translator
• Experience of legal, financial and technical translation
• Good cooperative skills
• Experience in the use of CAT tools (Wordfast or Trados)
