Do you speak and write fluent Swedish and Finnish?
We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to provide phone and e-mail support for our client’s customers.
The client has a brand that is locally acknowledged and has a great potential of becoming known internationally in the gaming industry. They are rapidly developing their business owing to their great success. Our client’s gaming portfolio in its entirety comprises operation of slot machines, casino games, betting, bingo, lotteries, poker and amusement games.

- The position is full-time scheduling from Monday to Sunday in opening hours from 09.00 – 24.00.

Your primary tasks:
- Helping the customers regarding their account
- Answering questions about the games, campaigns etc.

Your qualifications:
- We require that you have good customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience working in a call centre.
- You have good communication skills and are fluent in Swedish and Finnish both verbal and written and have a good working knowledge of English.
- You can provide a clean criminal record, as you’ll be handling money transfers.
