Under the supervision of the Welfare Group Leader, you will provide welfare support services to the air force, unaccompanied students and families within the area, and be responsible for the day-to-day facilitation of the out-side-the-wire Welfare issues in the area. Provide support to the provision of monthly management reports into the main programme CSR

Support the provision of local area transportation between Airports and UK training sites for all Ground crew trainees and their families

Job Description � Your Duties And Responsibilities:

- Specialist Client Trainers focus on educating and supporting end users on the data and capabilities of all desktop products.
- The Specialist Trainer provides excellent product, markets and client knowledge acting as a Subject Matter Expert in the Client Training Group and focuses on building strong relationships with our end user client base to ensure client retention and growth.
- The Specialist Trainer is the �ambassador� providing excellent client service to the customer.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Deliver high level training to experts, influential site contacts and end users

- Degree/equivalent international qualification or relevant work experience
- Extensive experience in Financial Markets i.e. Asset Management, Trading, Sales, Training, Account Management or Product Support
- Strong Customer Service Skills as demonstrated by ability to anticipate and meet customer needs and build relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of customer business needs and workflows.
- Proficiency with trading floor technology; including data applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a creative approach to communicating with other members of the team and clients.

Role: Marketing Coordinator with French
Reporting to the Director, the Marketing Coordinator with French will be responsible for working with the international partners on developing a marketing plan and executing it. The French speaking Marketing Coordinator will promote and sell the company\'s training courses in London and Africa including making arrangements and assisting course participants and maintaining good relations with all clients by responding to their requests in a timely and efficient fashion
The French speaking Marketing Coordinator will help produce newsletters, mailshots, bulletins etc. and liaise with service providers for conference flyers, newsletters as well as ensure the distribution of publicity and conference/workshop materials.

Profile
This position would be of interest to someone who is/has:
�Native standard French speaker - Portuguese and/or Arabic useful
�Confident, smart, good at dealing with people, good telephone style, confident to make �cold calls�
�Some experience in marketing and conference organisation
�Experience with African businesses or in Africa would be a distinct advantage
�Some experience in the oil, energy or natural resource industry (not essential)
