The Role

Bloomberg is looking for a driven, results oriented individual to take on an exciting role of a Contract Administration/Escalated Support and Negotiations Representative. The person in this role will be first point of reference for all questions and negotiations on the terms of Bloomberg agreement related documents across our product lines.

Responsibilities will include preparing contract documentation, including licensing and non-disclosure agreements, addenda and firm merger/divesture documents, management and on-going maintenance of over 1000 contract form templates across our product lines. Additionally, the candidate will work directly with internal and external Counsels, Compliance, Sales and Product Development departments to support new and current products and initiatives. **7am to 4pm work hours**

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-Minimum of 2 years experience in contract administration and negotiation
-Fluency in Spanish, French, German, or Italian is preferred

Qualifications

-Post-graduate level degree preferred in a numerate or science based subject
-Experience as an intern or analyst within an energy, consulting or financial organization
-Agricultural commodities economic analysis experience highly desirable
-Strong working knowledge of finance, including public markets, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and project finance
-Able to assimilate and assess new and highly technical information
-Exceptional quantitative skills, comfort with financial databases, corporate and market statistics among other aspects of financial analysis and consulting
-Ability to cut through the noise of large quantities of data, and to extract and analyze key patterns
-Exceptional communication skills and professionalism
