The Front Desk Technical Consultant is responsible for advising dealers in technical questions. To be able to answer questions about product problems and information enquiries as quickly and effectively as possible, the Consultant gather data from the databanks, information used in prior cases and his own practical experience. The goal is to achieve a high customer satisfaction and to turn the ownership into a real experience!&lt;br /&gt;

Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;

•	Answer all incoming calls.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Determine type of call, whether information or problem solving.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Follow the established Standard Process for questioning &amp; responding to the caller.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Processing and conclusion of request.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Gather information through databases, research, manuals and contacts.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Document standard information in the database &amp; document the prescribed advice, information or recommendations provided to the dealer.&lt;br /&gt;

•	Documents all product concerns &amp; escalates to the appropriate resource as determined in the specific work instructions.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Ensures that quality standards are met or exceeded through example and case maintenance.&lt;br /&gt;

The Candidate:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Fluent in English as well as French, Finnish or Danish&lt;br /&gt;
•	High School Graduation,  Apprenticeship as Automotive Technician or Automotive Engineering University Degree.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Several years of practical work experience in an automotive workshop. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Microsoft Office applications &amp; E-mail. Lotus Notes.		&lt;br /&gt;
•	High degree of commitment to achieving measurable results by goal  setting and implementing effective work methods.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Advanced knowledge of automotive systems. Advanced knowledge of databases. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Demonstrates ability in strategy based diagnostics.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Able to use a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis of problem and evaluation of alternate solutions. Uses logic, mathematics or other problem solving tools in data analysis or in generating solutions.&lt;br /&gt;
