The Role:<br /> Bloomberg is seeking a Negotiations Specialist to join its Contract Negotiations Team.<br /> <br /> The Negotiations Specialist's principal function will be negotiating agreements for Bloomberg's products and services with Bloomberg's clients. In addition, the Negotiations Specialist will coordinate input from internal stakeholders (including Sales, Product Development, Compliance, and Legal Counsel) on contract negotiations, draft contract revisions, work with Legal Counsel on complex legal negotiations, and advise Sales and Product Development professionals in structuring complex commercial transactions.<br /> <br /> While the Negotiations Specialist will operate under the supervision of Bloomberg's Legal Department, it is not an attorney role and a J.D. is not required.<br /> <br /> The Negotiations Specialist will be a valued member of a Contract Negotiations Team that is deeply integrated with Bloomberg's innovative global technology and financial information businesses.
