- Providing advice and counsel to the HR department on labor and employment law issues arising in the workplace
- Auditing the labor laws in nine Latin American countries and ensuring we are compliant
- Having a strong understanding of labor and overtime regulations in Latin America
- Handling labor claims from their inception, and working closely with outside counsel on claims at a more advanced stage
- Preparing internal witnesses for hearings, participating in the strategy of the Company¿s defense and appearing at hearings and court conferences
