This is a quota carrying sales position, responsible for managing the Maintenance Contract Renewals process from quote to close for a given territory or allocated accounts.

The Associate Rep works as an overlay Sales Professional with multiple, relevant local stakeholders, including channel partners and direct customers, to renew expiring contracts and up-sell additional services for various product portfolios reflecting a ONE Dell Technologies approach. The aim is on-time renewals, customer satisfaction and maximum revenue coverage.

The Associate Rep will demonstrate the ability to prioritize and focus on maximizing revenue in a fast paced, high volume maintenance renewal business. S/he will utilize both established and constantly evolving business processes to build lasting relationships with our channel partners and account teams, in order to maintain and increase renewal rates in their designated market.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales targets defined and utilize automated processes to manage a high-volume workload to meet measured KPIs.
  • Ensure Maintenance Contracts are renewed prior to expiration, engage with internal sales counterparts, partners and customer on all aspects of the sales cycle, from quotation to close. Sales activity is conducted primarily over the telephone.
  • Coordinate the maintenance renewal with multiple stakeholders, driving the process through to completion of order.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell into allocated accounts. Work cross organizationally as part of regional sales and services team.
  • Manage and submit timely and accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Ensure appropriate customer or service issues are escalated to management.
  • Adhere to the corporate Renewals policies & practices and meet defined performance metrics.

Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years sales/negotiation experience
  • Customer Focus and Team player
  • Negotiating & Communication skills
  • Interpersonal Skills and Problem Solving
  • Computer literate with a high focus on Microsoft Excel, Outlook and SFDC.
  • Driven, organized and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel both for planned and ad-hoc customer/AM meetings

Desirable requirements:

  • Fluent English is required
  • University level education
