Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manages product placement, pathing, and content to optimize conversion.
  • Takes the lead in campaign management and end-to-end conversion.
  • Drives personalized marketing campaigns using Evergage.
  • Drives analysis to deliver business impacting changes to the commerce platform.
  • Supports cutting edge strategies around online demand generation like behavioral targeting and CRM targeting.
  • Understands emerging technologies and how to bring those solutions to the customers.
  • Applies deep understanding of emerging online demand generation and conversion programs, site search strategies to increase revenues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Identifies and recommends future architectural and technology enhancements to drive a world-class site.
  • Represents consumer, marketing, and merchandising point of view to identify new business/content opportunities and effectiveness of programs.
  • Applies deep understanding of emerging online demand generation programs focused on affiliate marketing, shopper channels and email marketing.
  • Deep understanding of search capabilities (SEO and SEM) and ability to drive global search strategies and measure against key KPIs.
  • Works with the development team for implementation and testing of all new functions/features.
  • Forms online content partnerships, measures web usage/trends and manages vendor relationships.
  • Integrating emerging social commerce into the site strategy and customer experience.

Other ACCOUNTABILITIES: Analyzes customer needs to determine the appropriate e-business solution. Develops plans and schedules based on prioritization including requirements, tasks, review points and reporting. May serve as a liaison between the customer and companys IT team and other core business partners for e-business solutions. Delivers and maintains a superior online customer experience. Defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for online. Measures and manages activities against key KPIs. Delivers programs to meet core financial goals. Applies deep understanding of emerging online demand generation programs site search strategies to increase revenues and enhance the customer experience. Identifies and recommends future architectural and technology enhancements to drive a world-class e-tailor site. Represents consumer, marketing, and merchandising point of view to identify new business/content opportunities and effectiveness of programs. Applies deep understanding of emerging online demand generation programs focused on affiliate marketing, shopper channels and email marketing. Qualifications:

Education and Past Experience:

Minimum undergraduate degree in business/technology or related field and 6-8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience.

  • Sets up new processes to ensure best in class representation of the Outlet website.
  • Project management identify new business opportunities and potential pilot programs
  • Creating POs through Ariba and receiving once service completed.
  • Monitor quality of Outlet website and follow up with any issues that may be present e.g. incorrect pricing, poor imagery, wrong content showing.
  • Brief and manage the execution and implementation of promotional/NPI assets.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and subscriptions (when available).
  • Ad hoc support to the EMEA Dell Outlet team.
  • Joinly accountable for online performance against unit, revenue, traffic and conversion targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy, based on core business objectives, market landscape, competitor activity and cost.
  • Handle daily tasks customer complaints on website that have been escalated, pricing issues, ongoing analysis of business performance.
  • Managing requests through eClerx for UK and Irish website (banners, deal codes, content updates)
  • Recognizes underlying or hidden problems and leverages business acumen, technology understanding, resources, people, and ideas to develop proactive solutions
  • Knows how and when to leverage internal and external Executive Management as a resource in solving complex problems
  • Maintains constructive long-term relationships with internal and external peers, Senior Management to ensure ongoing positive results
  • Demonstrates exceptional skill in communicating (oral and written) with all levels of management, internal and external, up to and including the VP level
