We have a great opportunity for a technical oriented person to provide world-class customer service, on behalf of our client which is a leading manufacturer of laptops and desktops.

You will be the first point of contact for their customers (B2C) when answering questions regarding electronic devices including laptops, TVs and phones.

As a frontline customer service representative you will work in a fully supported environment where you can demonstrate your commitment by providing excellent customer support through your excellent communication and strong analytical skills.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with working hours from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 9pm; and sometimes shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. There are 3 different shifts every day. Full product training will be provided but it would be an advantage if you have previous experience working in a contact centre or customer service department.

Main Tasks

  • Provide first class customer service via phone, email or live chat
  • Ensure that all communication via telephone and email is handled professionally and in a timely manner
  • Log and save details about the customer comments on the database and leave clear notes in the customer's files
  • Demonstrate of strong product knowledge to ensure that all customer questions have been answered
  • Create reports with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Achieve the set targets
  • Compliance with quality standards and ensure the consistency in all interactions and communication

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Danish and English
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to create reports and communicate in a supportive way
