Your role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll work directly with clients through email, chat, phone, and social media channels to offer personalized solutions as well as supporting boutiques with all their queries.
You will help create the customer experience and deliver exceptional support.
Hours and Benefits:
-Part-time (30 hours/week) and long-term contract
-Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 14.00 to 20.00
-Salary: 12.870,77 Euros gross/year + up to 924 Euros gross/year in bonus

- You are native level speaker in Polish
- You are fluent in English or Spanish
