Job Title:  Fraud Control and Returns Analyst

Shift: This is a day shift role (40 hours/5 days)

The Job
As a Security Services Fraud Control & Reporting Analyst, you will be monitoring and analysing payment data and identify fraudulent patterns. Based on your findings you will recommend how to proceed with risky customer profiles and how to minimize financial loses

You will also contribute to identify trends in fraudulent activity and challenge any chargebacks accordingly to Group policies and procedures

• Managing customer accounts
• Process payment date from our payment providers
• Accurately help identify and analyse new risk trends utilizing available data sources, to make informed recommendations regarding complex high risk cases
• Help contribute to the effective reduction of fraud related loss via the review of chargebacks
• Proactively provide recommendations to Fraud Management for new screening rules and payments traffic, based on analysis of fraud system alerts and financial data.
• Work closely with the Security Teams, Payment Product Management team, and Accounts team to ensure consistency with chargeback and negative balance reporting.
• Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as requested by the Security Management Team

The following credentials are a distinct advantage, but not essential for the role:

• Advance understanding of MS Office especially Excel, Word
• Previous banking / gaming industry experience, particular in Payments and Security
• Additional languages are an asset
• Experience in fraud prevention: detection and investigations, and chargebacks
