The challenge: Be the SPOC for the WEZ countries insurance-related matters and the contact for all insurance-related matters (property, liability and all other), claim handlings and related financial questions. Key contact with employees, broker, service provider and other external parties. Assist country team members with insurance contracts and other occurring questions. What will you be doing:

• Insurance Claim Handling: receive and look after incoming claims reported by the country's employees, third parties, broker or insurers
• Assist Zone with insurance contract setup: collect data for risk assessment, (e.g. claim statistics, settle insured valuations with local contacts, etc.)
• Aid with the implementation of Global Insurance Programs: leading the communication process with Global, country employees and providing the broker with requested information
• Make sure insurance premiums, broker fees, claims and other insurance-related invoices are processed and paid in due time
• Provide input for the annual budget for insurance-related costs, supervise and monitor them on a monthly basis (actual vs. budget) and report them to Zone
• Provide claim and cost statistics

What you'll bring:

• Proficient written and spoken knowledge of English and German
• Bachelor or University degree in Economics, Business or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant prior experience (insurance handling or risk management)
• Accounts Payable, General Accounting/Finance or Customer Support experience an advantage
• Good digital literacy required: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) / SAP is an advantage
• Good analytical skills / Attention to detail / Punctuality / Reliability / Highly structured and detailed approach
