Job Title: EMEA Quality Manager

Reports to: Service Delivery manager

Location: Krakow or Dublin

Role Description

This position offers you the opportunity to work alongside one of our high profile clients who specialise in internet based searching and video sharing platforms. As the EMEA Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, revising and implementing quality & continuous improvement standards and policies across various locations. You will be accountable for delivery excellence whilst ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. In order to be successful in this role must embrace a fast changing and dynamic environment, and be comfortable interacting at all levels within your own organization while managing senior relationships within the customers’ organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that processes needed for the Customer Experience and the Quality Compliance agenda are Globally established, implemented and maintained.

  • Ensure the performance of the department is maintained and improved across all sites and towers on a continuous cycle.

  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation.

  • Drive the Delivery Excellence principles and support the roll out globally, is the global champion and liaise with the site delivery Director to ensure the maturity of delivery reaches target condition.

  • Provide on-going support to the global Leads.

  • Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by management for measuring the performance of the account delivery and that these are regularly reviewed.

  • Undertake periodic but regular assessments of customer satisfaction and that consequent improvement are identified and implemented.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Ideal applicants should have a strong background outsourcing environment.

  • Working knowledge of operation excellence programmes as shingo, EFQM, Baldridge or similar quality frameworks.

  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in career to date.

  • Experienced in managing people and processes across multiple geographical locations

  • Capable of operating in a complex matrix environment
