Finnish Brand Manager, iGaming - Malta, London or Helsinki (remote) in Helsinki, Finland
Join our client and be the driving force for your territory – Finland, as Brand Manager for two of their Finnish brands. As part of the role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies in your market to meet agreed company objectives.
Who are you?
You have a passion for the iGaming industry and are into both games, casino and sports! It’s fun overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional material and activities. Your experience has allowed you to have a great understanding of the Finnish market, of how businesses operate internally, and you get a buzz from building positive working relationships with multiple teams. You are sociable, fun and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
You will report to Head of Finland and be based in either London, Malta or in Finland.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Media buying
- Full P&L responsibility
- Managing a team of 2-3 responsible for CRM
- Ensuring CRM campaigns are optimized for the Finnish market
- Monitoring the legislative situation in Finland and shaping marketing efforts accordingly
- Monitoring forums and communities and being on top of what’s going on in the industry
- Creating a strategy for social media
- External presentation of the brand acting as ambassador at all times
- Organizing B2C and B2B events as and when needed
- Creating business improvement suggestions for the company
- Establishing good relationships with key Finnish affiliates
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role in Gaming or at least 2-3 years of similar marketing experience
- Good overview of opportunities for exposure in Finland
- Established online gaming affiliate network within the market
- Good knowledge of our core products; Casino and Sportsbetting
- Budget management know how
- Flexibility with regards to travelling between offices and other places
- Positive attitude; see solutions at all times
- Strong analytics and Excel skills
- Professional communication skills for phone, emails and chat
- Eagerness to learn and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements
- Be hands on and involved with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all brands
