Main Responsibilities:
As a part of the Core EquipmAs a part of the Core Equipment Engineering activities we are looking for a helpdesk agent supporting mobile scanning devices and US vendor management.
- technical support for mobile devices ranging from Palm Scanners to Android devices, including basic repair and maintenance
- answer phone queries as well as emails from US technicians and contractors and follow up when required to ensure completion
- responsible for all aspects of VTS (Verizon Tracking System) software as applicable to scanners & Android devices
- creating, tracking and following up on all internal trouble tickets created by National CVT Helpdesk
- administrative support of the on-boarding process for US contractors including provisioning of system accesses
Key Requirements and Competencies:
- fluency in English language, both written and spoken (minimum C1)
- excellent communication skills
- minimum 6 month experience in helpdesk environment
- working hours covering US business time (Every 3rd week finishing around 22:00), Monday to Friday only
- basic knowledge of MS Office / Google G-suite products
- ability to adapt to changes
- team player
- passion and willingness to learn and explore within technical field
- can-do attitude and attention to detail
