The role: We are looking for a Commercial Manager - Gaming Loyalty to join our Gaming International team in Dublin.  

The role is for Betfair International.  

Are you our next star player?  

You will report to the Betfair International Gaming Director and, will assume responsibility for the development of Betfairs retention promotional proposition across 8 key regions. This is a strategic and data-driven role which will require you to interpret financial and gamin critical metrics to advise the delivery of a suitable retention strategy!

You will work alongside senior members of the Gaming International team, and will be encouraged to align promotional strategy and spend with prevailing commercial market strategies. You will have a key role in the Team, and it is encouraged that you will be comfortable analysing sophisticated datasets and financial metrics and have an ability to communicate ideas clearly within the wider team!  

Who were looking for   • You will define Betfairs International Gaming promotional strategy taking into consideration all gaming touchpoints (specifically X-sell) and communication channels. • Responsibility for supervising promotional spend and evaluating the performance of promotions against a range of critical metrics (e.g G2N, APD, ABPUs, Gross and Net ARPUs) • You will take ongoing feedback from both Senior Commercial Managers regarding market performance and strategy and evolve the promotional proposition as vital. • Work closely with Country Commercial Executives and Operational Team Leaders to ensure swift execution of promotional strategy. • Take ownership of the Promotional roadmap (both internally and with external suppliers) to ensure that Betfair International is using outstanding mechanics. • You will identify and mitigate sources of promotional risk which could materially impact financial contribution (using Ops teams for execution) • Provide ongoing commercial analysis and reporting outlining retention promotional performance against a variety of critical metrics.

Your experience:   • Degree level education is crucial • Minimum 3-4 years working in an online casino or sports betting environment is highly advantageous • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable • Proficiency in English is crucial for this role. Proficiency in a second language is advantageous. • Highly skilled in MS suite including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint • Proven interest in the gambling industry
