Partner Engagement Representative in Barcelona, España, Cataluya, Spain
We are looking for a Partner Engagement Representative in one of our IT teams. In this position, you'll be contacting IT reseller companies in your targeted country, to engage them in the partner program, or re-engage if they have been a partner previously.
How you'll do this: Contacting dormant and new resellers by phone and by email, maintaining close contact with key decision makers and educating clients on the benefits of becoming a certified Business Partner
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Demand generation activities. Telemarketing to Proximity with different HIT campaigns.
- Detection of new end customers
- Provide first touch entry point for Proximity Partners with business potential.
- Point of contact for Proximity Partners (sales attention)
- Responsibility for outbound engagement, target, and onboarding resellers into Business Partners.
- Show business intelligence by analyzing resellers results in order to detect the ones with higher interest.
- Recruitment model & reactivation of dormant and proximity partners. Development of promising Proximity Partners into full productive Business Partners
- Communicate clear value proposition and "Partner ready" program benefits for Proximity Partners.
- Become point of contact for partners until they have an assigned Account Manager
- Use Distributors to accelerate value proposition communication and Business Partner onboarding, while accelerating sell-out.
- Maximize utilization of targeted promotions.
We offer
-Full-time (39 hours/week) from Monday to Friday and long-term contract
-Schedule: From 09:00 to 18:00
-Salary: 18.000 Euros gross/year + up to 3.000 Euros gross/year

What do we look for?
You are native level in Spanish and if you are fluent in English is a plus.
That you have some sales, or outbound communication experience, along with commercial attitude and awareness. Business mindset will help you engage better with your contacts.
Business/commercial studies will benefit your progression in this role and the project but won't be a decisive trait.
