We are looking for an experienced Team leader to join one of our exciting projects.
The company you will work for is a leading company in automotive industry. You will be an ambitious person, with empathy and leadership skills to match. You will be supporting the current team leader with functions, mainly in an analytical and reporting way.

Responsibilities:

- Help manage a sale driven team to reach targets.
- Reporting using Sales Force.
- Help with feedback to employees.
- Support the team with objectives and analysis to help maintain overall team performance.
- Provide regular feedback to the team members to improve and motivate them.

- Regular schedule: 9:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday.

- Salary: 1.750€ gross per month + up to 500€ gross variable

Requirements

- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and reporting
- Fluent in English
- Analytical mindset, with great knowledge of spreadsheets and excel functions.
- Teamwork orientated.
- Positive work attitude
- Great organization and communication skills
- Strong sales background
