We are looking for a person to support the customer service of one of our customers.

After receiving a complete training, the new manager will be responsible for:

- Answer incoming calls from customers (through phone, email, voice email, biper or other alerts) and solve the demands of users.
- Record call details in call management systems to provide a response and resolution within the ANS.
- Maintain service and product knowledge and the skill associated with specific applications for individual customers.
- Intensify issues of potential service initially with the Mentor.
- Follow all processes and procedures of the project.
- Ensure the maintenance of the contractual ANS.
- Provide coverage to other Agents during their absence, either within their own team or in others.
- Work with Supervisors/mentors on specific projects where needed.
- Understand and fulfill administrative tasks such as vacation, sickness and overtime forms accurately and appropriately.
- Attend regular team meetings.
- Perform additional tasks requested by the Supervisor or Mentor related to the maintenance of service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.

Conditions:

- Full-time contract of 39 hours
- Salary: 16,732.21 euros gross per year + up to 2.280 euros gross / year in bonus
- Temporary contract with possibility to be extended.
- Schedule: shift 10:00 - 19:00 from Monday to Thursday, Friday 10:00 - 17:00
- Start date: Immediate
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in pro-portion to time worked)*

Requirements

- Person with demonstrable experience in customer service and call
reception
- Agile and eager to work
- Responsible
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic person with a lot of empathy
- Flexibility and proactivity
- Portuguese and English at a high level, Spanish is a plus.
