Back Office:

Brief overview of the role:
Manage the requests/tickets received by Partner Support Team via In-house CRM System regarding refunds and replacements orders, Compensation Plan, Commission Calculation, Commission Payment.

Responsibilities:

Credit
- Manage the requests/tickets received by the Partner Support Team regarding refunds and replacements orders
- Maintain and keep the ticket queue and Credit Inbox updated
- Release orders created by the Partner Support Team
- Searching for transactions/payments/refunds on the payment processor used in that specific country
- Reporting to Operation issues affecting specific promotions/orders
- Reporting to Operation/Product Structure any issue with a specific sku (order not in WH system)
- Placing Monthly Staff orders
- Placing orders for Event/Marketing
- Placing Test orders - new product for Top Ranking/Leaders BPs
- Assisting the Partner Support Team with questions related to Credit
- Issuing refund for orders placed with wrong ship country and inform Customers

Commission
- Manage the requests/entries received by the Partner Support Team, regarding Compensation Plan, Commission Calculation, Commission Payment
- Provide support to the Field Development team and Partner Support queries promptly
- Run audits in order to check that all adjustments have been processed
- Follow up unsolved cases with the Commission Dept
- Assisting Partner Support Team with questions related to Commission

Conditions:

- Full-time contract of 39 hours and long-term contract
- Salary: 18,500.00 euros gross per year + up to 2,000 euros gross / year in bonus
- Schedule: only put: 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
- Start date: Immediate
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in pro-portion to time worked)*

Requirements

- Fluent English and native level or excellent bilingual in Italian
- Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration is a plus
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' need
- Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
