Your Role

As a member of our Digital Marketing technical support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting of the advertising platform, while learning and understanding the business goals of the clients. Responsibility

  • Resolving technical issues;
  • Troubleshooting of the advertising platform in a B2B environment;
  • Defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes to find alternative solutions;
  • Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis;
  • Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing solutions in a timely fashion;
  • Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.





Your Profile

  • Native French speaker;
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken (minimum B2);
  • Experience in Digital Marketing (required);
  • Technical background (education and/or work experience);
  • Professional communication skills;
  • Analytic mindset.
