We are looking for a Sales and Financial Advisor - French Speaker to join our team!

  As a Sales and Financial Advisor - French Speaker, you will have the opportunity to empower your valuable technical skills while gaining a privileged view and know-how of the fast-growing credit web platform.
About our project, Our customer is the only consumer credit web platform in Europe that has a bank license. This model allows investors to directly finance consumer credit from individuals. The group has over 150 employees up to date and has financed over € 500 million in loans.



 

Your future project As a French Financial Advisor, you will:




 

• Analysis and management of each client's financial situation
• Assist debtors via inbound/outbound calls to close debt settlement agreements
• Propose customized solutions to find the most appropriate response to the diagnosed situation
• Negotiation of payment solutions
• Development of debt recovery strategies
• Continuous improvements in fraud detection
• Report information to Credit Bureaux.

We are looking for

• Native or Proficient French and fluent English (minimum level B2)
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Previous experience in Customer Service or a credit recovery experience is a plus
• Analytical Capability and the Credit Cycle Overview
• For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
