  • Language Skills Required: Good English and be Fluent in Norwegian.

Sales Agent Requirements & Daily Tasks:

  • Sales experience desired, but not essential as we provide extensive paid training
  • Remain Professional under pressure
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive personality
  • Be open and coachable, be persistent and a good team player
  • Work from a shared database of NPL customers.
  • Work closely within a team, teamwork is very important.
  • Excellent attention to detail to enter customer imprint details, company name, web address, phone number.
  • High volume of Outbound Phone Calls per Day, an achievable target as an automatic system is used.
  • Reach sales targets, achievable sales targets are set. Targets vary depending on the time of year.

Customer Service Agent Requirements & Daily Tasks:

  • Customer Service/Accounts and Collection experience desired but not essential as we provide paid training.
  • Ability to analyse a problem quickly and resolve it following procedures
  • Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management
  • Customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner 
  • Computer literate/ strong attention to detail
  • Be open, coachable and a team player
  • Inbound & Outbound Calls (General queries, finance queries, shipping issues, Up-Selling)
  • Resolving customer issues, problem solving and negotiating
  • Processing orders via telephone and email, Translating and proof reading
  • Any other duties/projects as directed by Management
  • Document customer comments re: payment date / disputes etc.
  • Ensure that the requested paperwork and documentation is issued to customers.
  • Assist cash application team and ensure that payments are processed.

Upsell Agent Requirements & Daily Tasks:

  • Some sales experience desired, but not essential as we provide extensive paid training
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive personality
  • Be open and coachable, be enthusiastic and a good team player
  • Have the ability to work efficiently, show good attention to detail and be able to multitask 
  • Good telephone manner: professional, courteous, clear speech, good call management

  • Call existing and new customers to confirm mail orders received 
  • Verify details & enter orders accurately
  • Increase customer orders by offering discounted rates
  • Work on projects to increase National Pen revenue from outbound call campaigns
  • Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management
