CPM International is an award-winning contact centre. with clients such as Dyson, Colgate and Harley Davidson.

We’re looking for Online Customer Advisors who are fluent in Slovak and/or Czech to join our vibrant Dyson customer care team. You’ll also need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).

Our client Dyson is a globally recognised, premium household name. They design innovative technology products such as the Dyson hair wrap, fans and vacuum cleaners. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will work with our Chatbot platform, replying to customers queries and requests.

► Your daily tasks:

  • Handle inbound customer contacts on the Chatbot platform, from various EU markets, as required, depending on daily/weekly/monthly demand.
  • Use translation tools or other available systems to provide customer service in the language of the market being supported.
  • Efficient and productive to achieve actions within required timescales
  • Strive for’ first contact resolution’ to resolve customer queries efficiently and satisfactorily.
  • Use required systems to resolve customer issues and take the recommended next best action.
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of Dyson’s products and brand values.
  • Be a Dyson Ambassador by educating customers on Dyson Technology.


  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level) in addition to having a fluent level of Slovak and/or Czech.
  • Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment.
  • Adaptable to provide the best customer experience across various EU markets.
  • Solution-oriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
  • Dedicated, hardworking and passionate about giving a great customer experience.
  • Ability to connect with customers, build rapport and show empathy.
  • Ability to navigate various software platforms simultaneously.
  • Well organised and able to prioritise the workload with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change easily as this is a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Professional, proactive, with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Experience of soft skills related topics including customer service and sales
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programmes.


► What you can expect from us:

  • Start date: 14th December 2022.
  • Permanent Contract (Indefinite).
  • Working hours: full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (multiple part-time and weekend options available)
  • Highly competitive base salary of €14,000 per annum on a full-time basis
  • 5 €/day meal voucher (100€/month - applicable if you work at least 4h/day, and 20h/week)
  • A commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum) for 100% office-based employees, and a working-from-home allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum) for employees working from home.
  • Paid 5 extra days (contingency days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences
