Remote French Customer Support Agent, Lisbon JID: 7084

Our client is looking for French Customer Service agent to support their client who is an International company dealing with Accommodation world wide. You will develop valuable skills and knowledge in the travel industry.
 
Responsibilities:

  • To Provide Friendly and efficient service to the customers while being the first point of contact 
  • You will be responsible to resolve customer issues and questions via emails and inbound calls including urgent situations.
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately 
  • You will need to multitask numerous tasks during the day 
  • Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources 
  • Work proactively and independently to reach targets and goals 

 
Requirements:


  • Proficient in French (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
  • Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
  • Able to pick up new technology quickly
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Package
  • For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
