Do you long to travel abroad? We are happy to announce that Cyprus is opening up and that we are looking for new Danish-speaking customer service agents.

Basic computer skills are required for the position. You speak and write Danish and have good English skills. Previous experience in a customer service job is preferable, but we recommend that you apply for the job even if you do not have this experience.

  • City:  Larnaca, Cyprus. 
  • Employment type:  Permanent and temporary, with a trial period of 6 months. 

About the position 

You are employed as a customer service employee. In this position, you must process incoming questions per telephone and e-mail. Your goal is to find solutions to customers' problems, guide them in a professional manner and most importantly provide them with an excellent customer experience. You will answer questions in relation to deliveries, invoices, the app and the website.
