If you speak Italian fluently and you have excellent communication skills, we are waiting for your cv!
What you will do:
- Inform the customers and answer their questions regarding cars provided, fees, reservations, and rental rules.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
- Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
- The passion and drive to make a difference
