Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative in Barcelona

About our client
Our client is a strong global leader in business process outsourcing (BPO). They continue to specialize in customer experience outsourcing, and their capabilities extend across voice, social and digital channels. They strive on a daily basis to improve the services delivered to its clients by putting its employees at the heart of the company. Your ideas and suggestions will be welcomed as you will help them grow and advance! You will join a team of over 500 employees of 35 nationalities!
The role
- Providing accurate information to our customers
- Logging of and following up on requests or incidences
- Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
- Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...)
- Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client's training, policies and procedures
What is offered
- Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract
- Schedule: From Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00
- Salary: 20000 Euros gross/year + up to 2000 Euros gross/year in bonus

Requirements
- Native level of Dutch and fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
- Good team player with drive for success.
- Previous experience in similar position is a plus
