Language Recruitment Service (LRS) is recruiting a trilingual or multilingual account manager, client relationship manager or inside sales executive to join a thriving international company who has experience exponential growth in the last few years.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun and exciting industry for a candidate with excellent telephone manners with fluency in two (2) of the following language: French, Italian, German, Romanian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Norwegian, Portuguese or Greek. Advanced level of English is also required.

Duties:

• Call clients and advise them on product range and up-coming releases
• Support existing retailer and shop owners & develop long-term relationships
• Up/cross sell where possible
• Ensure stock level allow maximum business opportunity
• Relay clients’ queries or concerns to internal departments (order management, accounting, quality, production)

Profile:

• Business level English
• Fluency in 2 of the following languages: French, Italian, German, Romanian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Norwegian, Portuguese or Greek
• Ability to make outbound calls with Excellent telephone manner
• Organised, able to multitask and work towards targets
• Consultative approach, engaging with good negotiation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
