HR Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an HR administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department
Our HR administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Responsibilities
● Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
● Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
● Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data – like absences, bonuses and leaves
● Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
● Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
● Manage the department’s telephone centre and address queries accordingly
● Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
● Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies
You're offering these qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in related field
● HR experience preferred
● Experience working in a virtual and multicultural environment (international operations)
● Excellent organizational skills and with attention to detail
● Able to maintain and handle highly confidential information
● Required Language Thresholds:
o Finnish C2 (native-level fluency)
o or Dutch C2 (native-level fluency)
o or Arabic C2 (native-level fluency)
o English B2 (independent level user)
