HR Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an HR administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department

Our HR administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

 Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)

 Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)

 Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data – like absences, bonuses and leaves

 Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures

 Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information

 Manage the department’s telephone centre and address queries accordingly

 Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications

 Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies

You're offering these qualifications:

 Bachelor’s Degree in related field

 HR experience preferred

 Experience working in a virtual and multicultural environment (international operations)

 Excellent organizational skills and with attention to detail

 Able to maintain and handle highly confidential information

 Required Language Thresholds:

o  Finnish C2 (native-level fluency)

o  or Dutch C2 (native-level fluency)

o  or Arabic C2 (native-level fluency)

o  English B2 (independent level user)
