We have an opportunity for a customer specialist to join our outstanding team supporting customers from German speaking countries. We´d love to find someone with the ability to learn quickly and coordinate information optimally to generate deep customer insights. Your responsibility will include administrating our internal system and providing support to our partners and business customers when placing their orders for repairs. 

Responsibilities


  • Answers initial customer calls and answers routine questions
  • Responds to customer concerns by following standard scripts and procedures
  • Advises callers to appropriate resources and personnel
  • Solves simple customer problems and handle complex questions to more senior representatives
  • Documents customer concerns and advances concerns to appropriate channels in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent
  • No previous experience in Customer Support needed
  • Very good level of English and German languages
  • Strong skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Customer service values/orientation and interpersonal skills - you are talkative, teammate and willing to learn new things
