Our client specialises in everything that has to do with customers and contact. As a Business Process Outsourcer, the client takes over the whole customer chain. With 12000 members and locations in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Morocco, Spain, Greece, Turkey and Suriname, they have a unique combination of customer contact services with tailor made solutions for their clients. 

The Role
We have a new exciting opportunity with our outsourcing partner client in Bulgaria: French Client Manager. The role will be based in their office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. This largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!

You will support a very well-known digital marketing services company and with their growth in the French market, are looking for a Client Manager to be a part of their international team. As a direct point of contact via phone and email, you will understand the client’s needs and help them grow their business through digital marketing solutions. Building strong client relationships with your business clients in France is important in this role.


  • Build client relationships and manage client requests from inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand the client’s business needs and translate this into requirements for their website and digital marketing.
  • Upsell digital marketing services and earn commission where possible.
  • Manage customer and order information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team, share ideas and best practices to develop and improve service.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital products.

The successful candidate should have:
  • Excellent communication skills in French both written and spoken
  • Good command of English
  • Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
  • Experience in customer service, support, or relevant role is desirable but not a must.
  • Experience in sales is a plus but not essential.
  • Keen interest in digital marketing with an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work flexibly, stepping in to help other team members and clients, and work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintain sharp attention to detail.

Relocation package

The company will book your flight to Sofia (from anywhere in Europe),  pick you up from the airport, and will also have a hotel arranged and paid for you for the first few days. A local estate agent will pick you up from the hotel and will show you various apartments and you will have your own place within a few days!
