We are currently seeking German-speaking Marketing & Sales Experts for the global leader, Google, who are ready to kick-start their careers in the vibrant capital of Portugal - Lisbon. As the primary point of contact for business customers, you demonstrate excellent communication skills and are not afraid to proactively advise clients to drive and optimize the use of Google Ads services.

Your Profile:

  • Native or at least strong C1-level proficiency in German.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience in a B2B context is advantageous.
  • Proactive communication style and sales-oriented experience.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and the relevance of Google Ads for campaign success.
  • Strong skills in customer service, relationship management, and support.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

As part of a first-class sales team, you, as a representative of Google Ads, aim to generate sustainable sales success for Google Ads services.

  • Proactively and regularly contacting your business client base to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Building trust relationships with key decision-makers of your business clients.
  • Implementing your business clients' online marketing strategies using Google Ads to increase traffic and conversion rates.
  • Managing and optimizing ongoing Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals.
  • Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance while identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Capturing and documenting customer inquiries, problem descriptions, actions taken, and solutions in the company's internal systems or ticketing systems in English.
  • Representing the company's values and ensuring a good brand reputation.
