Data Analysis - Customer Support with German

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a prompt and efficient manner

Providing technical assistance and support to German-speaking clients

Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer problems

Providing product and service information to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction

Working collaboratively with other members of the team to provide exceptional service to our clients
Qualifications:

Fluent in German (C1) and upper intermediate English (B2)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus

Knowledge of similar products and services is a plus
