Customer Support Agent:

The ideal candidate:
• Fluent level of Swedish language;
• Superb English, both written and spoken;
• Sharp-eyed and motivated;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Basic soft computer skills and user level knowledge of the Microsoft suite;
The role:
• Communicate with customers through many communication methods while building an efficient, ethical and professional rapport with them;
• Maintain a healthy state of mind in a fast-paced working environment;
